has the same meaning as:

Mat 5:28 “But I say to you that everyone looking at a woman that fancy her has already committed adultery with her in his heart..

Mat 5:28 “But I say to you that everyone looking at a woman that wish for her has already committed adultery with her in his heart..

Exo 20:17 “You do not envy your neighbour’s house, you do not long for (dream of) your neighbour’s wife, do not want his male servant, nor wish for his female servant, nor hanker after his ox, nor yearn for his donkey, or be eager for whatever belongs to your neighbour.”

"or be jealous of your neighbour.”

1John 2:16 Because all that is in the world – the lust of the flesh, the lust of the eyes, and the pride of life – is not of the Father but is of the world.

Rev 22:14 Blessed are they that do his commandments, that they may have right to the tree of life, and may enter in through the gates into the city (heaven).

In other words, YHWH gives us a promise in Revelations, if we keep the commandments we may have the right to enter heaven. If we do not, we have the mark of the Beast and no right to enter heaven.

Covet, envy, desire, lust all the same meaning all the same consequences. To be jealous of other peoples property, success, lifestyle, achievements etc and to want or dream of a life like theirs or to have goods like theirs or be as successful as them.

All of the above come right down to this commandment.
